We currently ship to all locations within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working towards expanding our services globally in the near future.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few additional days.

For orders over AUD $35, we offer free standard shipping within Australia.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order online through the carrier’s website. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact our support team at support@malnut.com.
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may impact shipping times. Malnut is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. However, we will do our best to keep you updated on any delays and provide timely solutions.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will notify you and arrange for redelivery at your expense.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and the tracking information shows no movement or if your order is lost during transit, please contact us at support@malnut.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
